Really sorry to hear that :( I think it's just been a tough, tough application season this year overall - and great applicants all over are suffering for it. That and the app process is a bit of a crapshoot...
I'm sure you're going to come out stronger at the end of it though.

I don't know what to say that isn't cliche but from your previous post at least you're keeping a positive attitude. Hopefully its a case of "what happens, happens for the best".

P.S. Dinged at Haas as well but I wasn't misguided by an SS interview invite. Keep the faith!

Oh man. I was rooting for you, really sorry to hear about that. Best of luck in the future...keep the faith, life has a funny way of working itself just when you think it won't.

It has to be a mistake. The whole process seems really jacked up to me.

Everything will work out!

Don't worry. Many of us have no actual clue, just vague hunches.

And, it is always the darkest before dawn. You have a long way to go, keep the faith.

Aww man. I'm so sorry to hear that =oT. I agree with the others that the number of apps seems way up this year. Combine that with the fact that those are all great schools.

Who knows, maybe this has cleared the way for better things to happen for you. Definitely keep us posted, because we are all rooting for you. =o)

Oh f***. #@$)(*&#@* I can't imagine what you must be feeling like right now. It's been a tough year and I hope you achieve your goals with or without the MBA. Like everyone says - keep up posted and keep your head high.

OMFG, don't know what to say.. Life can be such a b*tch. Gimme a call if u wanna get drunk or talk or whatevers.

Everything I want to say has been said up above. On a personal note, I truely think all the schools you have applied to have missed out on a fantastic and dedicated student. I am with Brownoski on the drinking/talking idea. Anytime. Anyplace. *e-hugs*

Oh no! :( I'm so sorry to hear that! I was really hoping that it would work out for you! I remember chatting with ya during pre-Wharton ding day/nite. I agree with the other posters that better things are in store for you that you may not see at this point.

If it makes you feel better, two years ago, I was crushed when I got a sad (in my opinion) GMAT score, b/c I wanted to go to a top school so badly that year. I knew that wouldn't happen, and then things just changed for me. I got promoted, made more $$, and got a slew of opportunities that were better for me, and allowed for better essays.

At the time, I was so crushed by my GMAT score, but I now know that I'm much more able to appreciate the experience now than I would have been before.

that sucks! Keep the great attitude though. Better luck for next year! You already have a leg up on the competition.

I am really sorry to hear this but you are making the right choices as far as another attempt is concerned. This has been an incredibly hard year for MBA apps so just do your best for next year, you'll certainly get in to a top program, no doubt about that.
